Strength training is a component of most of my athletes programs. If they don't have access to a full gym and a customized strength program, I give them this workout which they can do with simply a weight bench and a dumbbell set.
The exercise in the workout require different weights to achieve the correct resistance depending on the size of the muscle groups being recruited.
